Due to its island status, along with the often idyllic sailing opportunities and weather conditions experienced around Jersey, as well as her sister islands, demand for permanent marina and mooring facilities is high in Jersey.

      The Marine Leisure Section operate a waiting list system for all moorings around the island, including marina berths, with each list being size specific to ensure maximum utilisation of available mooring space

NOTE: To help minimise wait times and delays which may be necessary for an annual mooring licence, Jersey Marinas operate various alternate mooring options for individuals requiring a mooring. Winter, Summer and Monthly mooring licences are available throughout the year and for any persons awaiting allocation of a permanent annual mooring licence. These can be organised by contacting the Marine Leisure Centre

    IMPORTANT: All applications for entry onto any of the wait lists must be made in writing by completing a Wait List Application Form and are subject to a one off non-refundable wait list fee of £57.79

              Depending on the mooring location, size of boat and mooring type will determine which wait list is most suited to your need. Below is a table of wait lists and locations which are currently held by the Marine Leisure Section along with approximate wait times.
