Jersey Coastguard Marine Rescue Co-ordination Centre The Marine Rescue Co-ordination Centre (MRCC Jersey) maintains a year round 24 hour watch for all shipping within Jerseys territorial waters. They provide co-ordinated responses to events such as search and rescue and oil pollution, or any other marine or coastline related incident where their services and expertise may be called upon, working closely with other emergency services. It also has a direct role in the management of the port of St Helier, as well as responsibilities for managing all marine activities around Jersey's coastline |
